I am a Research Scientist at the Center for Applied Internet Data Analysis (CAIDA), based at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining CAIDA in 2009, I obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. My research interests revolve around measurement and modeling of Internet topology, traffic, economics, and protocols. My recent work has focused on building tools and systems to measure Internet congestion, particularly at interdomain interconnection points.
